Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Shazam a free app on the iPhone? I downloaded the BlackBerry version from the BB AppWorld and I get a notice that I have until June to use the apps free trial and that I would need to pay $4.99 to use it afterwards. Why charge BB users if you offer it for free on another device?
